REFUND & RETURN POLICY
OUR CONSCIOUS COMMITMENT
Because every garment at our studio is crafted exclusively on demand to reduce fashion waste and support sustainable production, we do not maintain a mass inventory. Each piece is custom-printed individually for you the moment you place an order.
As a result, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection. We kindly ask you to carefully review our detailed Size Guide on each product page before finalizing your purchase.
1. DAMAGES, DEFECTS, & WRONG ITEMS
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your order arrives with any issues caused by our production or transit process, we will fully resolve it at no additional cost to you.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery if:
The garment is physically damaged, defective, or stained.
The print quality is noticeably flawed or the design is incorrect.
You received the wrong size or wrong color entirely different from your order confirmation.
To initiate a claim: Please email us at [lumiarahk@gmail.com] with your Order Number and a clear photograph showing the defect or the incorrect item. Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary replacement or a full refund immediately.
1. LOST IN TRANSIT
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. If the courier confirms the package is permanently lost, we will issue a brand-new replacement shipment to you completely free of charge.
2. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because of a failed delivery attempt, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs required to resend the order. Original orders with incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.
3. CANCELLATIONS
Because our automated fulfillment system routes your order to production almost immediately to ensure the fastest delivery, orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement. Once production has commenced, we are unable to halt the process or issue a cancellation refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
