When you place an order, our global fulfillment partners immediately begin the tailoring and printing process specifically for you. This bespoke approach ensures zero fashion waste, making your garment uniquely yours.
1. FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING TIMELINE
Because we do not maintain mass-produced inventory, your order goes through two distinct phases before arriving at your doorstep:
 Fulfillment Window (Production): It takes 2 to 5 business days for our team to print, craft, and quality-check your garment.
 Shipping Window (Delivery): Once your garment is ready, it is automatically dispatched from the closest regional facility to ensure the fastest possible route. Shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Estimated Total Delivery Time: You can generally expect your order to arrive within 5 to 12 business days after payment confirmation.
2. COMPLIMENTARY GLOBAL SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide. There is no minimum purchase required.
 Local Routing: To guarantee a seamless experience, your order will be automatically routed to and produced at our nearest local fulfillment hub (including specialized regional facilities across the United States, Europe, Canada, and Japan). This localized fulfillment minimizes your carbon footprint and speeds up transit times.
3. ORDER TRACKING
 Tracking Confirmation: As soon as your garment leaves our partner facility, a shipping confirmation email containing your secure tracking number and courier details will be sent directly to you.
 Real-Time Updates: You can track your package's journey from the printing press straight to your doorstep via the tracking link provided in your email.
4. DUTIES & TAXES
 No Unexpected Fees: Thanks to our distributed local fulfillment network, orders shipped to major markets—including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Japan—are produced locally within those regions and will not incur any unexpected import duties or customs fees.
